Happy Birthday to my Brother

Today is my younger brother, Theo's birthday. He's turning 18!!! Wow, things have changed since I first stared at him when he came home from the hospital and patted his head then proceeded to sit on him (oops).

So many adoptees are only children and for me to have two brothers makes me feel very blessed. A few of my friends who are Chinese adoptees and grew up with my brothers and me have actually adopted them as their brothers too. So much sibling love to share!! Plus, if that makes it so they won't bug me as much, then 2 BROTHERS FOR SIBLING LEASE-FREE. No, I'm kidding.... Maybe. I do truly love them both whether they're my 'real'/blood siblings or whatever people call them. They are my brothers and will always be.

Conclusion: Happy birthday Theo and I hope you and Jacob are able to watch my adoption journey - wherever that may take me. I know you both will stand beside me through it all. Love you two forever.
